Our Kids Photography Camp is for any kids that are interested in learning about photography and practicing their artform!

 We cover topics like History of Photography, Gear, All about Exposure and Composition, Types of Photographers, and more. We will have games and other activities to do as groups and individually. Your camper can bring any camera type they choose as long as there are some type of presetting option on it and / or a manual option just so they can learn and practice. "Point and shoot", phone cameras, and DSLRs are all welcome as long as the settings above are options on the camera device. We are all learning and great art can be made with any camera!

Each camp is for kids from 6 to 17 years of age, with exception for Week 3 which will be our teens only week, from 9am to 12:30pm and most of our instruction will be held inside the conference room of our partners at Polite Coffee. Weather permitting, we will walk around to a few nearby areas to practice what we learn.

The end of the week we will display photography that your camper chooses for the class's very own art show that will be up during the weekend, which friends and family are encouraged to attend!

PS. we will have a special surprise for our campers' grownups after camp is completed as well!
